Samsung A520 No Charge - Change Type C Charging Pin

How to replace the charging pin on a Galaxy A5 2017 device. This charging connector is type C and has 18 solder pads. It is a fairly easy micro weld and can be done with any fine tip.
To weld the tracks we have used a JBC soldering station, a 0.3 diameter tip and Amtech brand tin and flex.
