Watched this the first time with my dad, he loved it so much as I did. I still see him sitting on the couch and listen to the song. He died 3 months ago, he also had cancer... First time now watching it without him and yes, nobody can say how hard it is... Miss you so much, dad
I understand I lost my father too, and maybe that's why this film will always bring sad yet warm feeling to our hearts I hope your heart 'll regain it's warmth with time

You sholud see "Due Date" ,"Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" or "Sherlock Holmes". The work from Robert its fantastic, and it goes beyond the (great) iron man caracter.
I never cry at movies. I broke down with this one. My father is 89, fragile like the judge and our relationship had always been strained until the last few years. I was there, in my memory, with RDJ, getting Dad up in the bedroom after he fell, blood everywhere, figuring out how to get him to his chair, telling my Mom what to do, holding back my own fear and nausea; he lost control too; and I sobbed at this scene.
My Dad was diagnosed with brain cancer and died within 4 months of the prognosis. I watched this movie and the struggles and hurt Robert Downey Jr's character went through really brought back those times but also reminded me of the good times in the last months. Such a good movie.
Totally understand. For many years my focus was on my dad's brokenness and the alcoholic addiction attempts at suicide in our home multiple times. It was when many years after his death that I was able to move forward, forgive especially after understanding the pain that came to his heart as a boy from his own dad.
Watched this movie last night, felt like crying my heart out, feeling so lonely right now. I remain isolated most of time from society, I rly want nice ppl in my life that I can trust and do anything for them.

Come up to meet you, tell you I'm sorry, Don't know how lovely you are. I had to find you, tell you I need you, And tell you I set you apart. Tell me your secrets and ask me your questions, Oh, let's go back to the start. Running in circles, coming up tails, Heads are a science apart. Nobody said it was easy, And it's such a shame for us to part. Nobody said it was easy, No one ever said it would be this hard, Oh take me back to the start. I was just guessing at numbers and figures, Pulling your puzzles apart. Questions of science, science and progress, Don't speak as loud as my heart. Tell me you love me, come back and haunt me, Oh when I rush to the start. Running in circles, chasing tails, Come back as we are. Nobody said it was easy, It's such a shame for us to part. Nobody said it was easy, No one ever said it would be so hard. I'm going back to the start.
This is my song for a woman I will always love more dearly than my own life. I wish we could go back. I wish I could live those two incredible and amazing and beautiful years with you over, and over, and over again. I wish we would never hurt. I wish nothing had happened to come between us. I wish I had been yours from the jump. I wish we could forget about the past month and a half. Most importantly Mindy, I wish you to be happy.
I gave you one from me and I hope it may help you rising up to your star as you asking for and expecting for 😊. Please do feel free to take it any time is good. I accepted as I my word on above 😊

i get chills from hearing this... so good. Got to see Willie live last week, he is 89, what a living legend.
Robert is such a great actor, from Iron M. To this; what a power pack of emotions
You sholud see "Due Date" ,"Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" or "Sherlock Holmes". The work from Robert its fantastic, and it goes beyond the (great) iron man caracter.
i still remember hearing this at the end of the judge, broke down in tears
i may like this version more than coldplay's
I do like it better than Coldplays
I love Coldplay's version, but this one blows that one out of the water. It was the perfect song for the emotional ending of The Judge.
I wonder what Coldplay thinks about this I hope they like it
Chris would love it tbh
very powerful father/son movie.... must see for a good discussion or some tears.
Brilliant film, brilliant song, brilliant Wille Nelson..a must watch.

Escucha Hurt de Jonhy cash. Willy Nelson y Jonhy son contemporáneos.
También Time and tie de Alan Price
Willy did to this song what Johnny Cash did to “Hurt”. Made it his own.
Love both the song and the movie.
