FE7 HHM - Chapter 24B (Linus) in 2 turns + getting bolting (No ECG)

Demonstration that if you can get the lords super trained to unlock the level (probably in an all chapters context), bolting only costs one additional turn (vs going to 24A and just 1-turning it,, or the nightmare that is 27B). That and I couldn't find a 24B LTC when I glanced around, so its good to have some documentation on this level.
Thanks to SovietFarmer on discord for the idea to force the sage into heal mode, which lets him act before the boss on T2 enemy phase. From there its just a bunch of little manipulations to get him to target Isadora with Elfire and not use another bolting. If I just killed the sage on T2 player phase instead, I'd get Elfire instead of Bolting.
Kent can be replaced with whoever your least favorite 7+ move unit is. I think if you have multiple promoted flyers by this point, one of which having at least 20 skill and S rank lances, you could avoid killing off any units.
Team -
Florina: Promoted, with level up/item bonuses of +14 str, +14 speed, +5 hp, +1 res.
Ninian: Needs to avoid OHKO from bolting. Either trained in Lyn mode for 19xx, or given an angelic robe + barrier staff, or 2 angelic robes.
Isadora/Marcus: Base is fine. Isadora must come in with a 1 or 3 use javelin.
3rd Paladin: Not strictly necessary, but in what scenario do you not have a third paladin? Should have enough res/HP to avoid being targeted over base Isadora.
Priscilla: Technically could do this with no training (skip Barriering Ninian and then mend Isadora t2).
