I understand Sandeep vaia was watching from one side. Then Abhilash should execute his decision. Abhilash should not order a review on Sandeep Vaia's work and should not hold his promotion. This creates the misunderstanding. Besides Abhliash should not insult Sandeep Vaia in the dinner where Sandeep Vaia was Abhilash's mentor. Abhliash also more negative sides such as, 1. Abhilash also insulted SK by not picking the phone when he promised to join the Conference on SK coaching. 2. He treated Gori very badly also when he did not pass the exam. 3. He broke the commitment to Dharia also and hurt her. In the interview Abhliash doesn't say sorry to Dharia but to remove the stress before the interview. Because at that time he was very anxious about the interview. You know Abhliash left the Mock Viva when he saw Dharia in the coaching. He did not say sorry at that time or even tried.
