Pigeon being charged for something that happened in the prison that was lawless at the time which means it should be void. Also they have no proof bar a lifers statement and people metaing info to the cops that he was there.

He was brought into the prison from outside the prison from the cops perspectives and that law had an exception for bringing someone into the prison and doing a crime. Idk if pigeon was inside the prison because I haven't seen anyone's pov but per the law at the time it still applies. Just sit back and enjoy the RP :)

@@bobbyfranchez4849 that doesn't prove anything... If he was being threatened he wouldn't admit it or it would be death... And even if he isn't being forced he was still influenced in some way. So it's still not credible as far as the courts are concerned.

The important part is that it opened up the investigation for the PD, so that they can look into their own records to find dates on when the IFAQs were taken and where pd cameras were brought. Not to mention the evidence of the IFAQ with Siobhan's state ID and her recent suspension for not firing her gun on Sonya. At the very least, Siobhan is the most screwed person in the city rn.
