if you touch the door driver handle there is a litle square, touching to close the car and keeping your hand on, it should close the windows
Try to wait a second before pressing the lock button a second time.
You know, I was never curious if I can roll the windows up on my Ghibli using the keyfob, I assumed it was the same as in my previous Alfa Romeos (which indeed had it disabled because of that strange lawsuit), but weirdly enough it works. I can even close the sunroof using the RKE.
Here is what the user manual says:
When the ignition switch in is OFF position, windows can be opened or closed by pressing the buttons on the RKE transmitter.
Opening:
press the button and release it;
press a second time the button and keep it pressed until complete opening of the window.
Closing:
press the button and release it;
press a second time the button and keep it pressed until complete closure of the window.
If the sunroof was open, it will close completely when performing the above indicated “Closing” procedure. However, if it was closed, when performing the “Opening” procedure it will still remain closed (refer to “Power Sunroof with Sunshade” in Section 3 for further information).
I was looking for that section in the manual and couldn't find it if my life depended on it lol. Thanks for sending it my way and I'll try that method and see where it takes me.
I don't know if it's Europe-only, but I have an app on my iPhone called Maserati Service. Maybe MNA has a similar app. It has everything from user manual to emergency roadside assistance and service history based on your VIN - it even has an augmented reality plug-in that displays relevant manual pages for each button on the dashboard.
Shit, I've never heard of it but I'll look it up. If they don't have it for the states, I hope they release it soon!!!

I don’t think it’s weird, being from Florida, I appreciate this feature on my Masi because I can air out the car before getting into it.
I can confirm the roll up doesnt work on mine either. ALTHOUGH.. if im not mistaken if i hold the double lock method like u are doing but for a few seconds longer I get an audible 'beep'. From what I understand this disables the sensors inside and the wind wont trip the alarm. (i cant confirm this, but I can confirm the beep and the alarm light does something which I cannot remember at the moment!

The trunk cannot be closed remotely with your key fob, because of security standards, if you close the trunk by remote and a kid is getting in the trunk or an animal as a dog or cat, and you don't have the trunk on sight, imagine the consequences in a very hot day.
You must see always the trunk inside while closing it, or be very near by
take the key out of the fob stick it in the driver door then. turn the key to lock the door twice and then hold it just after the 2nd turn the Windows should roll up Honda pilots and some crvs do that same thing
put the key in the door lock then do the same motion as you would on the remote. like for example turn the key to the right once then on the second time hold it .then it should make the windows go back up
Like the physical key? Never thought of trying that...
+rpo305 yes the pysical key, i dont know if its left or right to lock your car but, yeah the pysical key should do it. just turn once then on the second time hold it

having them not go up automatically is a pretty smart feature considering what happened to the child sure you may not have kids but the people making the cars dont know that
rpo305, what did the service department at your local dealership advise regarding your question?
Also, i got mine at the same dealer as you (from Curtis though), can I ask a few questions.. (probably in your other videos but I havent made it that far) the colored raised emblems in the headrests.. is this standard with the Zynga? Where did the black wheels,side mirrors, and roof come from? Vinyl? FYI mines an all black q4, poltorna, carbon, etc
Yup, the interiror is in the Zegna package which includes the silk headliner, door and seat inserts, also with the white stitching. I got the mirrors, roof, and front lip wrapped at Carbonwraps Orlando and the wheels are powdercoated in gloss black,
in the video it looks the same as my alcantara headliner except I got a lighter shade.. did you mean "suede" instead of silk maybe?
Nope its, silk. Made with the same silk as the inserts in the seats and door panels. I had a 2015 before I picked this one up and my 2015 had alcantara.
totally awesome man.. would love to check that out! question: we live in the subtropics and rain is sometimes unavoidable.. how does the silk react on the doors to the daily afternoon storms while you frantically jump in?!?!
lol good question, I've had this Ghibli for almost 8 months now and it still looks amazing. Its a kind of silk that's just as strong as leather. Feels kind of like a jean material. Even when I'm cleaning my interior, anything that gets wet just dries like normal.
Love it man.. I haven't seen that headliner and didn't know that either. Mines a 2015 with about 7k miles.. About to do first service in 29 days;-)
wait does ur car NOT have one touch up & down windows?
I don't know if this will work but my Acura MDX technology dose that window thing but to roll them up you have to take you manual key off f the smart key and put it in the key hole and turn it and hold it to roll them up
The feature is for cooling the vehicle before you get in. Not to roll them up. Wont happen.

My Moms 07 Infiniti G35X does the same thing it wont roll the windows back up. But it will alllllll go down by pressing the unlock button.
u have never had a european car in ur life that's why
just pres and hold the button on the door handle. that should do it.
