I became a true Innova hater myself after trying the plastic blends they were putting out between '20 and '22. However, the plastic blends they have been manufacturing since then are legitimately some of the highest quality plastic I have seen. I highly recommend you check out some of your favorite older Innova molds in the newer, glossy champion plastic. They just feel and fly so good and hold hold their grip so well, even after a lot of wear. A year ago the only Innova mold I still had in the bag was a Star Wraith. Now, my bag is about 70% Innova in the newer style Champ and Halo plastics. They got some really good shit going on in recent years.
Yuuup I've had a couple champion plastic discs that were gross feeling/way too much dome from around then. But lately? Ooooooo boy it's been good. The star that's coming out right now is so firm and tacky
@@user-rn8sy7kj1h I agree. Truly can't go wrong with the new Champ/Star/Halo. Innova seems to have had two blends of Champ being manufactured between '18 to '22, the glossy/semi tacky and the matte/slippery and both were pretty stiff. The new Champ is like the glossy old style but with more grip and give so you can really dig your grip into it. Also, their newer Halo blends not only feel grippier like the regular Star you mentioned, they actually fly more like their numbers instead of being consistently more over stable. Gone are the days of every Halo driver being a firebird/Excal lite.
@@brickchains1 For sure, but I still have Star and Champ discs from before covid that don't feel as good as what they are putting out currently. Whatever they are getting now, I hope they are able to get it for a long time.
Gorgon's great. It's a more dependable, faster Roadrunner. I say more dependable because sometimes Roadrunners don't do what you'd think they would do, for me at least. Not sure why that is. The Gorgon, so far, flies the exact same every throw. Love it!

i think you are me. i've replaced 80% of my discs with champ/halo. i started putting with halo aviars. they feel grippy and are just money for me.

What shoes are you wearing?
Thats why i love my gstar krait. I throw it hard on max hyzer 4hand and flips up and just goes Dead straight 370
I get the “getting old” part 😂 I just joined the 30 club
Hey, at least you didn't join the 27-club permanently. Keep on living and tossing some frisbees.
You gonna make any cinemas at the courses down in the cities? Would love to see some more cinemas of some places like Bryant, Valley, or Oakwood
Gorgon looks like a good disc for those nerdy sidearms.
You have some smooth throws.
Have you checked out the octane for flip up sidearm?
Definitely gonna get a star one for me, and a g star one for my dad 😊
Available now🫣🏃🏽♂️🤝
Birdie hooking us up. Tellem i said thanks.
Always gonna be a Heat guy but it definitely seems like Innova got this one right
Is this the same guy who gave me shit for my flippy control drivers back in AZ?
