Can you make a flow for below scenario
In queues we have below queues
1. Canada queue
2. India Queue
3. US Queue
When we creating a case by selecting "Assignment value / Case Owner" filed value as "Canada" then the
1. Rating filed should get change as " Hot"
2. Case Owner field should get change as "Canada Queue"
Before we are going to save the case.
