My downlod in aug felt like a spiritual inmplant. I could tell immediately because my head felt like it vibrating and my emotions where being regulated. I couldnt return to my center and grounding in the now was gone. Now its like im sharing my reality while simultaneously constantly channeling. I can still be and do me except my thoughts get rerouted into positive affirmations and sudden negetive emotions feel like a seperate moment within the moment and i can see it and chose differently. I feel way to good to say im crazy and its way to real to say im dreaming. Im lost and it doesnt even matter aaahhhh

When I do the meditation I never feel anything so I start thinking I'm doing it wrong . Or when you tell us to close our eyes and do the breath and you ask us after we're done could we feel that ...
