Many thanks for the tutorial mate. Do you have a video on how to replace the plastic blades inside the unit (the ones that slide in between the two cracks on the shaft)?
@@RoastBeefQueefSniffer Hey Barry, I don’t know if its what Arya meant but theres a bigger black seal to replace on the other side which I don’t know how to remove :/ Could you help?
@@RoastBeefQueefSniffer Also m, if you have any advice on why a pump could be stuck a 200 mmhg instead of a near zero. I feel like everything is really tight jut maybe you know a typical leaking spot where air can get in
It sounds like the shaft sleeve may be worn. This is the part the seal lip rides on and requires complete dismantling of the pump to replace the sleeve so a full service would be required.
Hi, any common solvent is suitable. Acetone is great, hexane based degreasers work very well, brake cleaner is also suitable and cheap. I plan a full video on the E2M18 soon so please keep coming back.
thanks for the video, do u have complete servicing video of RV12 pump? like complete dismantling and changing O rings ?
Hi. I have started work on a set of long form videos and will include the RV. Please keep coming back and sorry for the delay!

I fix these pumps. What blades? What are you trying to figure out? The part that has the name of the brand faces towards the bottom when spinning

Excellent, very informative and well presented. :)
I did this on an RV12, and it solved the leak, but only for about 6 months. Do you have any suggestions please?
