@Brad D Actually there's a ton of other channels that give random or "unusual" titles. To say that you never hear about them from anyone else is what someone who has spent 5 whole minutes in this hobby, and on TH-cam would say.
I just love this channel! Keep it up! Here are additional suggestion that I like: 1) Deck Box Dungeon 2) Villages of Valeria 3) Imperius 4) Omen: Fires in the East and 5) Kanagawa
Biblios is a brilliant design. I'm surprised more people haven't used it in their games. Pax also uses similar mechanics, but is a little more complex. I prefer Pax of the 2.
Lost Cities! Even my friends who are "meeeh" about board games beg for second and third rounds when I convince them to try Lost Cities! Thank you for your 5 amazing suggestions, I will definitely look into it!
Great review. You've introduced me to all but one of which I never heard! Do any of these have a solo variant? My favorite small box game is FRIDAY, one player only. :)
I have the app version of Friday :) I don't think any of these have official solo variants but I did read that Biblios has a way to play solo on board game geek.
Original Love Letter is wonderful. Always fun to play. I'm giving Ganz Schon Clever as a gift, so I'll soon know if that is fun. 7 Wonders Duel, of course. Hero Realms & Sushi Go round out the Top 5. Yes, everyone knows about them but they are still very good. And Zombie Dice is always in my car, just in case.
What you did at 0:26, is why I am a subscriber. Keeping it real without any tricks and stunts. Loved it.
Awesome! Appreciate that :)
this is what I love about this channel. unusual games that you'll never hear about from anyone else
Hey thanks!

@@boardgamecloset Ah, bummer. It seems to be a bit of a nitch, small box, meatier games for solo play. The search continues. :)
