@@adr3y516 Yeah that doesn't reflect the skateboard I love, but don't get me wrong, at the same time I really don't care about all these comps they can do whatever the F they want haha ^^ I just hope the new "comp" generation won't do that in the street everytime they land a trick

i thought we were never gonna see anyone like nyjah huston again because of his strict upbringing i thought was the key to his extreme level of skateboarding. Well guess i was wrong
My friend went to japan and said skating is way different over there. There a little kids battling tricks until they get them perfect, every single time. Until they land the trick multiple times with no tic tac/sketch, they don’t move on to a different trick. Also the indoor parks they have there are amazing training facilities. Also the culture they have is alot less gatekeepy than in the US, the really good skaters hang out with the newbies and none of it matters
@@malice4422 that may be true in a few parts of Japan but most of the country has no parks at all and street skating is pretty much illegal. Although there are a lot of parents who pay for coaching and a lot of kids crying when they don’t do well. In my opinion skating has become way too serious here.
The future of skating is in good hands with these kids.
I miss the time when skaters didn’t celebrate putting their hands in the sky everytime they land a line tho…
