Hello. I'm not familiar with the booking process since we were invited by the owner of the unit. But I believe you can book a room with a member of Pico de Loro via airbnb, booking.com, Agoda or Facebook groups. The member will be the one who will coordinate with Pico. You have to have an endorsement letter signed by the member to get in. (please note that the rental fee with the unit is SEPARATE from the entrance fee). You can also book at the hotel at Pico called Pico Sands Hotel.
Hello. I'm not sure if they're allowed to go inside Pico. Maybe you can try ordering then claim it at the entrance. Fair warning though, the entrance is a bit far from the actual hotel and condos in Pico so you have to take a shuttle or drive a bit to the entrance.
