I'm watching it on my OLED, calibrated the right way. With no over saturated colours or dinamic modes and believe me. It looks amazing and as captivating as you see it on the shops. And the 3D effect that you get is crazy
I'm a noob,I know nothing about screens or whatnot, but I am absolutely mesmerised and stunned watching these majestic sea creatures. They are beautiful. My cats are also watching this 😂😂😂
I'm watching this with my Hisense PL1 on 100 inch and I'm blown away by this quality! My 2 year old son also loves it. It's almost 3D, life like. Absolutely stunning!
@@8K-Clarity I have come to this video for screensaver purposes like a couple of times but like staying behind to actually see the screen because of how beautiful it is. Seeing this on my 4K monitor looks absolutely amazing. One day will view this on my 8K TV in the future! Haha
Dang its a beauty. Watching this with ny S23 Ultra on 4KHDR 60fps. My phone can play 120fps but sadly there is no higher fps option. Max is 60 but even then this video is a thing of a beauty. Evolution is amazing. It shaped every living things in Earth, might possibly the only planet that contains live in the entire universe as we know it. Hope Europa Clipper program will discover a sign of life in Europa, one of the four largest Galilean moon of Earth's giant sibling,Jupiter.
I watched this on my 2011 999€ FHD Samsung Plasma TV with 2D to 3D conversion and shutter glases. I looks so sharp and realistic, it is insane. You don't get this HDR colour peaks as on an OLED, but it just looks so natural.
Honestly for me watching a good distance away on my 56" 8K TV, I don't see the biggest difference between 1080p and 2160p, but 1080p vs. 1080p HDR is amazing. Crazy how much just deepening the darks and lights in HDR seem to make IRL settings look so lifelike as if I'm there in the ocean.
Nowadays the 8K thing is more like an advertising to catch people than a real thing. There's no content produced in 8K. Maybe a couple of things. Even with 4K the only way to really enjoy all the potential of a TV you need to use 4K players. The streaming services that say they have Dolby Vision or whatever they offer, have at the most, not more than a bit rate of 30. When some Blue Ray 4k movies reach even 70. Probably the quality you can get with your tv doesn't differ much or is the same that I get with mine. (77" OLED 4K)
Idk how is this possible! I have a cheap 6 year old phone that doesn't even have HDR certification but still support 4k HDR?!?! and runs smoothly like its a Budget phone and bests many todays phones that don't even support hdr nowadays:)
The real advantage of OLED technology is the auto emissive led. Which means that when you see a black colour, since each one of the leds works by itself, they can just turn off (same as when you turn off your tv) while the other leds are On and showing their respective colours. That's what they call "infinite black" Any other technology use different ways to give light to their leds, dividing the screen in different sections and other systems. This means that even the ones that should offer the black colour receive a bit of light/energy. And depending on the technology is more or less evident. This creates some kind of "glow" effect on the edges of images where a bright thing have dark next to it. As if the light "scapes" a bit and contaminate the dark. Aside of it. The colour and definition, the range of those colours and other things is amazing. I got my first OLED the past Christmas. A 77" 4K and it stills amazing me with good quality content

This time is gone, they now use really strong deuterium hydrogene isotop, this gas if well encapsuled, will almost last forever combined with great oled care software and a normal use of the device! Times of 2010 when AMOLED smartphones were burning in in less than a year are gone mate get over it! 🤣 if you leave your tv turned on for 1year straight max HDR brightness with static logos maybe you could start to notice something otherwise you wont see anything. Got my oled iphone 12 turned on for days and days on the GPS app, nothing happened at all, and believe me i did look for it! This problem is not a worry anymore, the big problem of OLED to focus is mainly the poor brightness..
Hello, what's the background sound called? I mean I know white noise, so what noise can the sound from this video be called? I think it will be useful for sleeping
This just proves my 1080p TV is as good as I thought and also proves that the clarity of the video we are getting is trash these days. At the least the color edits are also amazing. Sure the 8k must be out of this world but ask your selfs, why does it look so good on 1080p 😅
Actually an 8k video would still look better even when compressed down on a 1080p screen then a native 1080p video on that same screen would. Higher bit rate and better color accuracy on those newer 8k cameras will always deliver more visual effects to the human eye. More of those effects can also be seen better and clearer on a 4k screen vs a 1080p, even if the video is 1080p. I was a hold out once but 4k destroys everything before it...and that's discounting the fact most new TVs upscale content as well.
Hey, there were multiple cameras used to capture the footage. Some of them are the Sony a1, the RED V-RAPTOR, and the RED DSMC2 HELIUM 8K S35 (RED Weapon Helium/RED Epic-W Helium).
I totally understand the frustration! Color banding can be more noticeable on VA panels, especially with high-contrast scenes in HDR. It’s often a limitation of the panel type rather than anything you're doing wrong. Some adjustments to your monitor's color settings might help reduce the effect.
