To summarize, this was a basic and relaxed seminar to wrap up past content in preparation for international seminars in 2025 and beyond.
Without going into specific details key points included:
(1) Keeping in a soft/relaxed state to avoid ‘muscular self-resistance';
(2) Budo/Bujutsu Karate maai/distancing for optimal effect-including in the different forms of 組手(Kumite) training;
(3) 青柳型 (Seiryu Kata) and 分解 (Bunkai/Analysis) and also some of its 応用 (Ouyo/Application) principles.
And (4) as always, delving into details largely not taught outside of the top dojo (plural) here in Japan.
Indeed, other aspects were covered, however, these will be recalled by the karateka who attended.
I’d like to conclude by thanking the Freital club for hosting the seminar, especially Stephan Sensei, Andy Sensei and Marco Sensei, all the seminar staff and, last but not least, all of the karateka-from 15 different countries who trained.

Irrespective of all this, which I ignore, I just train each day here in Japan under the guidance of my seniors.
I am very happy to get any advice, but please show me your skills. If you can't visually, shut up.

100% agree. Never take advice from people if they don't have any evidence of their own skills/training.

2025 is going to be FANTASTIC... Very special, especially in regard to Bujutsu/Koten-Gata (Martial Arts/Classical Kata), which have yet to be taught outside Japan and only to a handful of instructors here.
Lastly, please feel free to post some questions about the course, when possible, I will try to answer.

How should i do when i am practicing to attack? I have little Knowledge from old school karate, but i am only defensive not Offensive? What should i do to be an offensive fighter?
@@ArtemioCreoli It is essential to practice plenty of impact training in its different forms and uchikomi; furthermore, to regularly engage in jiyu-kumite to test your waza. Controlled jiyu-kumite is best as it allows one to test your attacking techniques and refine timing and distancing. All the best from Japan. OSU, - AB

The use of 転身 (Tenshin) or “rotating the body” was a ‘specialist aspect’ of Asai Tetsuhiko Sensei’s karate.
For example, kaiten-enpi, etcetera.
