• Besan/Gram Flour - 1 cup
• Salt - According to your taste
• Red Chilli Powder - According to your taste
• Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
• Carom Seeds(Ajwain) - 1/2 teaspoon
• Asafoetida(Hing) - 1/4 teaspoon
• Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
• Green Chillies(Chopped) - 2 nos.
• Coriander Leaves(Chopped) - As required
• Ginger(Grated) - As required
• Water - 3/4 cup
• Baking Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
• Oil - 1 teaspoon + To fry
• Chaat Masala

Agar apke paas baking powder nahi hain toh ap isme ek pinch baking soda bhi daal sakte hain. Aur agar baking soda bhi na ho toh ap oil ki quantity thori bara de. 1 teaspoon ki jagah ap 2 teaspoons oil use kare batter banane mein.
