- Well here we are...
It is time to get to work on the Fyre's family sad excuse for a tudor home. So we scrap the lot and start with something fresh! I hope you like it :)

You already proved it with Cottage Living (and countless other builds) that base game and limited packs does NOT mean a build has to be ugly and stupid.

I swear every build Aden puts a chair facing the bed .. and everytime he does, I laugh at the 'viewing' chair ....we wont use the name now will we children ....

This is the first time in 10 years I've seen this lot the way EA made it. Always end up bulldozing it, because it's a nice big lot... 😅

So cool even with the limitations! You are so good at it! And the weightlifting machine not facing the mirror is the true piece of resistance
I agree totally with you about Get Together and Windenberg. One of my favourite worlds and packs, I have nearly all the packs (not Batuu or a few of the kits) I probably get most use out of this pack. I look forward to seeing what you do with Windenberg.

I really think they make them look terrible on purpose. There is no way they did this and weren't trolling us.
I always thought they made them bad on purpose to encourage people to change them. 😂
You said you couldn't fit a chair in Siobhan's room, but maybe a bench seating at the end of the bed facing the bookcase? ^^

as someone from Warwickshire (one of the counties with the most Tudor architecture in the UK) I am so excited to hear that Windenburg is the next lets build the worlds. I would love to know if you're planning on going down the middle England road (minus the island in the middle don't think that's very mids) or if you're leaning into the euro vibes EA mixed in when making Windenburg. If you're thinking of going down the UK route would defo recommend popping up to Stratford Upon Avon (obviously for the Shakesphere vibes) but at the same time I also know that Kenilworth, Henley-in-Arden, and the outskirts of Warwick (especially the Saxon Mill Pub with the gorgeous ruined house in the fields behind) would be such a good source of inspiration and that way there would also be such a nice nod to Veronaville in the Sims 2

i would have done a little outdoor kitchen around the bbq to make more use of the huge deck, but the general shape of house is waay better
The exterior is absolutely stunning!!! Personally for me its a little dark on the interior but practical and beautiful as always!! Love watching your builds my darling xx

Tou definitely didn't stick to ea restrictions/limitations, too much items, too much decor. But im glad, cause it came out soo beautiful and true to the character of the house and family 😍

Windenburg is amazing as a world, but the builds never fail to confuse themselves between looking like a Tudor home or something straight out of medieval Germany

Should’ve gotten rid of the hedge in between the cars and done a basketball hoop off the garage.
Sometimes I get the feeling it's not the available kit that's to blame, it's how the EA team *used* said kit. For example, the dodgy windows and the bathroom rack Aden pointed out. 🤔

Interesting thing..of you watch the original get together trailers one of them has morgan fyres (teen ) and paulo roca (young adult from the group with marcus,and jade and the other girl) kissing which is something you cant do in game without mods...one of my personal favorite packs tbh.. And yes the pool ladder thing is definitely a bug happens in my game and it too frustrates me
Oh god, not Dominic Fryers 😂😂😂😂, what? he always flirting with my male sims when I start a new save, im always like, dude, you're married, go home 😂😂😂😂, hell in my most recent one it was my servo bot 😂😂😂😂 (super sim play through and started as a teenager) yah my sims ain't gonna be no DL mans side peice. Moira deserves better 😂😂😂😂. So when I saw you make their master bedroom bland, i cracked up. It weirdly suits him and his wife.

I noticed that most of the builds ea just used the pre made base game rooms.
everytime i play, that daughter there in the pink dress ends up pregnant and stalks my sim everywhere!

My other theory is they made the older builds so unbearably hideous cause they wanted to encourage us to build
My last theory is they cant build and or are lazy
