The new treasure hunter one is a lot of fun but I think my favorite is actually from a mod. Eden Protocol. You start off as a robotic race caretaking a data bank of genetic specimens. You cant settle planets, you live on Habitats only. You have two unique buildings that auto terraform planets then settles primatives on them. You gain a ton of unity and research per primative in your empire. its a fun build.
Quill, I know you can change advisor voice after start. consider "solider" advisor.. feels likes a great fit for the endless resistance playthrough (its under the empire setting (clicking on the empire symbol/logo))
You could have made Hydra empire as well, and force them to spawn in the game. Even better, you could give Hydras syncretic evolution origin, where they have Salamander species in their Empire, tailored to be soldiers.
A great origin you could have used is the "Syncretic Evolution" where there is a second species. You could say those are the descendants of the hydras that got captured and are now fully controlled by humanity.
Man i did not realise it has been so long since i watched or played Stellaris. So much has changed. Good to see you are starting a new campain with a really interesting premise.
lmfao, I was legitimately considering streaming something like this while watching your Terra Invicta content! So happy to see you have the same idea and I'm hyped to start this once I'm caught up. Was just about to start #33
Nice to see you back in Stellaris. I know your love has been on other games recently, but I like you most in either civ or then you are "telling a story" in games like Crusader Kings or Stellaris. Keep up the good work. And keep the diversity so there is something for both me and others :)
My greatest accomplishment in this game so far is starting with the payback origin, working my way up the galactic ladder, and becoming the galactic emperor.
I have a feeling Quill should have played on a lower difficulty being he hasn't played for I think two (three?) major expansions and several major patches. But maybe Quill will prove me wrong.
Just in case you have to say it again (@15:37 ), that’s pronounced “SUSS-kwə-HAN-ə”. More of an emphasis on the HAN than the SUSS, in my experience. All glory to the Resistance!
You should replace your Head of Research with the new scientist, considering that he has a trait that works only when the leader has a council seat, while your current Head of Research doesn't have any traits related to being on the council.
Am I the only person who thinks if the AI empires bar isn't full, it's a cheat mode? You have so much more room to expand it takes away nearly all the challenge.
Of all the Origins you've tried, which is your favorite?
Doomed start is so much fun. Played it with servitors, had to rescue all the biologicals.

I really like the concept behind the fruitful partnership origin where you can just garden it up
The Storm Riders one has a fun surfer vibe to it
I quite enjoy the void dweller or the underground origin
Wow, been a hot minute since I've seen a Stellaris vid from you Quill, good to see it again.
It has been soooooooooooooo long.
@@quill18 think it's about 2 years ago with the void dwellers right?
Good to see it again!

And here I thought this was another run of Terra Invicta.. But it is Stellaris.. Awesome that too

As someone who lives not far from the Suhhs-kweh-HAN-nah Valley, this caused me physical pain. 15:39. Good to see Stellaris again!
23:22 *Quill:* I can't remember the actual mechanical value of happiness.
Damn, that is a mood.
What a great idea, continuing the series. Thanks Quill.
In my mind, the Payback origin is the starting point for a Stellaris run after getting the 'Phoenix' achievement in Terra Invicta.
Glory to the Resistance! The enemy is weaker than a spider's web! fun series and love seeing some stellaris

Love the story Quill! looking forward to see how this playthrough goes :)
So glad to see Stellaris again, just as I'm getting back into it as well!

Yay, Stellaris! (I think I say this on most of your series haha)
My greatest accomplishment in this game so far is starting with the payback origin, working my way up the galactic ladder, and becoming the galactic emperor.
So excited for this!
Whoo! Terra Invicta goes Stellaris! Now bring the Revenge to the rest of the galaxy!
Yay Stellaris. I really like teachers of the shroud but I'm a big fan of going Psionic
The leadership screen makes me think of CKIII. I wonder if someone ends up with lover's pox.
There is one Origin where you might get it. ;)
Yes! You took my idea!!
great concept... in case anybody thought Terra Invicta wasn't long enough =P
YES! Long overdue😛
Yes story time man yes.
What a clever idea!
Love me some Stellaris! Cheers, Ivan :D
Finally a new Stellaris run 🥰
Algorithm go brr! Happy to see Stellaris back on the menu

Game un-pauses at 15:27 for those interested
Stellaris HYPE
How are there no mines in the solar system after you spent 35 streams building them?
Algo-ment
Hi Martin!
Sol is sun in swedish
Is there a place where i can download your custom entities ?
Is it me, or did The Endless Resistance implement a DEI department hiring process. 😂
You could start with slight xenophobia and then embrace one of your other two. I think the lowest supported faction is the ethic that is dropped.
