I used to go to modcup regularly when I lived in Jersey City. I’ve had the best cups of my life there. Glad to see them featured on the channel. Hopefully we will see them on xBloom soon?
Such a personality! Great interview, a catch up on illegal coffees with the dude in the future would be great content. Brb gonna steep my washed in fish sauce
Really great interview So glad you posted this. Going to start a subscription actually. I’ve been meaning to go there in person for a while now! My friend actually works there and I didn’t realize until watching this video, so thanks again! lol Awesome
Not sure if I just missed it, but can I ask what the name of the co-ferment coffee was? I only saw the 2 sidras, tabby, and pink bourbon in the cover art section.
@@BrianQuan Thanks! I was so intrigued based on your reactions and was the first time I heard about co-fermentation and was even more intrigued given it's apparent "controversial" nature. Will definitely get it online or if I get to stop by, whichever comes first.
As maybe the only Irish person that will watch this video and drinking imported Manhattan and prodigal, I'm delighted to hear Irish roasters being mentioned but very curious which they are trying out??!!
Got a bag of Wilton Thermal Shock from yhe shop, and tried their parameters to brew V60, just could not get away from constant overextraction. It did alright in a latte, but for $30, I wasn't too impressed. Seemed roasted too dark.
Ordered my first blend box. I’m so excited. Thanks for explaining the concept
Amazing interview! More of this Brian!!!!
I have more of them coming soon!
Excellent video. Love this concept. Interviewing roasteries with engaging visionaries is peak content
