Watching all the old memories back from 2012 there and the years and years of abuse and some of the characters that came and went both on and off the field. His dedication to the sport is incredible. From a very early age, he knew football was his life. That level of commitment from his team has also been transparent in the matches I’ve seen this season. A fully-deserved league title and the Europa league is a possibility too.

@@curryma1276 I would. Scottish Premiership has the highest European attendance per capita with Rangers being the current champions I'd say they're one of the biggest teams in terms of support in Europe. And what is football without the fans? Nothing, as we have all seen over the last year.

@@TheMasterblaster32 this is his first three years at being a top manager, it’s hard to explain to people who don’t know but just have a look at 17/18 rangers the season before Gerrard came in and compare it to now, he transformed an entire team and club from being an embarrassment to dominating Celtic this season and performing greatly in back to back European campaigns

I'm a proud Glaswegian grateful for this smashing Liverpudlian guy who came to my favourite team Rangers and dragged us back up to where our club used to be all my life. I remember Mr Waddell who delivered a European trophy in 1972 after dark years without winning anything, I have to say Stevie G might just manage to emulate his achievement but I'm long enough in the tooth to except that that may be a bridge too far for him but I have hope in my heart.
