Here's a little glimpse from the Orange County seminar hosted by Sean Barrows and Mike Jackson. Venue Z-Ulimate Self Defense Studios.
The weekend seminar was an introduction to S.B.L. and covered various aspect from ground fighting, upright pukulan (striking), basic multiple attackers and key principles to help understand fluidity in combat and how they all link the phases together. As always each seminar goes through conditioning by using postures from silat to prepare the body to move as one and to understand in greater detail how the techniques work.
You can now come and experience Silat Open Circle in person at one of Alvin's SBL seminar. Seminars are open to the public, martial artist of all levels, both male and female.
