Other than CS related branch should not work in CS related … if you need to or interested to work in that case you need to do atleast 2 courses of CS related in your masters itself if not there will be a huge impact at the time of H1 visa process … better talk to international department of your university before doing this … they will give you full update and possibilities and guide you correctly
