idk if it's new but, depending of how much weight your bag have, it will decrease your stamina quick if you're running or attacking with a melee (loved this small detail tbh)

You can use shoes, sneakers and boots to decrase the amount you lose.
shoes = -6 kg
sneakers = -10 kg
boots = - 25 kg
