Rithwik Puli the thing is he nails long-distance but is absolutely awful at gimmes. I hope Gano is healthy this year because Slye cost us that game. If Slye hit those PATs and the field goal, Panthers would be up by 5 and the Saints would’ve had to score a TD when the offense hadn’t put up any points that quarter, and didn’t have to rely on the NFC’s best kicker of the year, Will Lutz. And if we won that game, who knows, we probably still wouldn’t make playoffs, but we might’ve won at least one more game. Then again, we would’ve had a worse draft position and may have missed out on Derrick Brown, so maybe it was better that Slye missed
