MANA has a scary theme because it is short for Manananggal which is a Philippine mythical creature that separates its upper body to fly while leaving its lower body behind. It attacks at night while everyone is asleep. So basically, SB19 is saying, don't sleep on their talents and just like the Manananggal, they may fly but their feet will always stay on the ground. 💙🦇
It's true the manananggal are scary mythical creatures that came from the countryside or in urban areas that eat the unborn child
Mark Ranque is their go-to stylist. Whatever costume you see them in, it's Mark Ranque's for sure! Btw fun fact.. AC Bonifacio was in a dance duo called Lucky Aces in Canada. They were invited to Ellen Show and even performed in one of Ariana Grande's concert. She's a legit dancer. Then Lucky Aces moved to Philippines to join in a dance contest here and won. She pursued solo career after that.
They are Dunkin Donuts endorsers and Dunkin released an ads video a few days ago. It was so good that fans requested for it to be uploaded to Spotify. Guess what? It charted worldwide instantly and number 1 in several countries. It was mind-blowing. I wish they release the whole MV so you could react to it because right now, they posted it as two parts. It's entitled THE ONE.
I wish they'd spoil us by releasing all their product jingles on Spotify! I love their "Sundin Ang Puso" jingle for Pepsi, too.

Efra’s right on the Halloween thing, but not really. The manananggal’s an everyday creature to us here, something the adults would threaten the kids with if they didn’t behave.
Since it’s a human that splits in half at the waist and sprouts wings to fly and search for fetuses and babies to eat, it would give you nightmares as a kid.
AC brought a different vibe to Bazinga, didn’t she? Talented in her own right!

True story. When I was a young girl I was standing on the porch at night with the back porch like on. A huge winged shadow appeared flying all over the light and I ran so fast in the house. Lol. And this was not in the Philippines.
Here are helpful info for that YTFF performance:
1. It was recorded during their Back In The Zone Concert shoot.
2. The creative director of the whole production specially the stage aesthetics is Justin De Dios (the youngest SB19 member).
3. Outfits and styling by Ranque Styling Team by Mark Ranque (Filipino Fashion Stylist).
4. Makeup done by Mac Igarta and his team (also a Filipino makeup artist).
5. AC Bonifacio is a celebrity fan of SB19. She's a talented singer and dancer who also covers KPop specially BlackPink songs.
6. MANA and Bazinga are tracks in Pagsibol EP which are co-produced and written by John Paulo "Pablo" Nase (SB19's leader) with a Canadian producer named Simon Servida.
7. They hired 4 Filipino choreographers who have excellent background in Hiphop dance (2 of them, if I'm not mistaken, are world champions). But, SB19 members specially Stell Ajero (SB19's main choreographer & main vocalist/ high range vocal) have their inputs in choreography too.
8. Hairstyle by Mark Familara and his team (Filipino Hairstylist).
9. SB19 members have their inputs too and suggested concepts for their overall looks from hairstyle to makeup to outfits.
10. SB19 is very hands on and involved in planning/ conceptualization in everything they present and perform. They are not just performers but REAL ARTISTS as well. ^_^

SB19 come along way. They’ve came from scratch and we are so happy Ranque’s styling and SB19 paths crossed in one guesting wherein Mark Ranque was styling for another guest. He lend a hand to the boys coz he saw them do their own makeup and stye themselves on their own. Im not crying. 😭
He said he's also a fan before they met and his just so happy to finally saw them in person.😊

Vocal stability is SB19's biggest strength. More often, they were thought to lipsync but they never do that. To debunk post-production manipulation/enhancement of their vocals (to sound stable), you should watch their GO UP PERFORMANCE ON WISH AWARDS. It was performed in front of thousands of people in MALL OF ASIA AREA (20K audience capacity). They sound a thousand times better live despite the exhausting choreography.

Actually the MANA song is very peculiar and unique,MANA in tagalog is inheritance but it can also be a short term for MANANANGGAL for them (MANANANGGAL is a phil mythical creature that like a normal person in day and at night it separates its body the upper body will have a wings and its lower torso will be remained on the ground)
So what is the relatedness of this creature to the song, Pablo the leader explained that just like a MANANANGGAL even if they fly high their feet will still remained on the ground .
What a genius connection, we didnt really expect that, and alsi they said on the lyrics of the song their grace from above will never be undeniable.its like they been blessed they've inherited with skills and talents

She's famous for winning 1st place in Dance Kids PH (in a duo Lucky Aces), she's also a guest in Ariana Grande's concert back in 2014, she appeared in The Ellen Show twice, and a star vixen in the show Riverdale. She also won 2nd place for BLACKPINK's How You Like That dance cover competition. She's a total performer like her bestfriend Darren Espanto. Please check out any of their dance practice videos. Waleska, who seems to be Stell biased, might be interested to know that Stell is also the MAIN CHOREOGRAPHER of the group and choreographed all their dances except for the last 2 new songs in their EP because he could no longer handle them due to lack of time leading up to their recent concert (Bazinga and Mana choreographies were outsourced).
SB19 is becoming my favorite! I can listen to their songs and watch their performances again and again.

AC Bonifacio is more of a dancer. Back in Canada, when she was a kid, she was part of a dancing duo called Lucky Aces. They were already professionals. Then Ellen Degeneres invited them as guests to her show. Ellen did make their dream come true -- that was to meet Ariana Grande and dance for her. They were allowed to meet her right before her concert. She surprised them by making them dance during her live concert. Fast forward to when they went to the Philippines --- they joined the DanzKids competition and won the grand prize. Sadly, the boy, Lucky, went back to Canada. AC, on the other hand, continued being a celebrity, dancing for ASAP and other shows. She also joined the first batch of YFSF Kids (check out her impersonation of Usher). She currently vlogs, too (ergo, YTFF). Her voice has improved much since then.
She appeared on Riverdale and paradise island too!
Efra said Ken is quite tall. Actually, Ken is the second shortest among the 5. Justin who is the youngest is the tallest and Josh who is the oldest is the shortest.

AC is great artist herself, despite being young she's got quite an experience. She used to be in a dancing duo as a kid, not exactly familiar with their story but I know they were viral at some point got invited in ellen and got to perform on one of ariana grande's concert!! She's friends with Matt Steffanina, a worldwide famous choreographer and did a few collaborations with him. She also won first place of yg's dance cover contest of how you like that (YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT!!), she later on shared that she's actually friends with bp's choreographer kiel kutin. Very recently, she suprised fans when she was featured in the netflix series riverdale where she got to perform as one of the cheerleaders famously known as river vixens. She's widely known for her dancing but she sings pretty well too!! You cam check out her performances in your face sounds familiar kids philippines she was outstanding!!!

AC Bonifacio is Filipino and she grew up in Canada..As a kid, she and her brother or friend guested in Ellen to dance. She is a singer, dancer and actress currently in the Philippines. One of her most recent projects involved her guest starring in Riverdale.
She is such a gifted dancer and if you check out her TH-cam channel and start watching her dance Covers for Bigbang,BlackPink etc, you will understand why Sb19 chose to collab with her.
Ac Bonifacio is in Riverdale season 5 episode 7😊.She also performed in Ellen show when she was 12 with lucky.
You might want to watch their concert on Oct17 with an orchestra, "FORTE" together with 4th Impact and other artists. It will be great for sure and total display of their vocals and talent.
