In Occitanie, where I live (Perpignan), without doing "folies," yes, you can live with $20.000/year income.
The computer voice is SO bad at pronouncing French place names.... I needed the subtitles to understand them. Some pictures are obviously not from France...
I agree with the comment that the pronunciation on the AI voice is really bad- in both French and English.
