The title isnt even close to being true. This is a movie that came out in 2020 I think its called Mitchell's VS Machines. There isnt really a timeframe for when it takes place but essentially this guys robots turn off the wifi and capture everyone except the main characters. The government was probably captured too because as I said everyone was caught.
So many of these recap channels are putting dumb titles that have nothing in common with the plot and are invented by someone who never actually saw the movie, this is becoming something of a pattern.
I'm in a fire with Pixar's in Disney movie as it is but yeah also Disney hater but I kind of agree Hi-ho competition isn't going to be one-sided And I hope Disney and Pixar should be back in the game
