Excellent story telling. Fabulous cooking class. I love Tom kha, all the dishes were very tempting. The night market was very clean & Organized. Thai kick boxing was hilarious 👌

    Another good video!
Loved the Thai cooking class, especially the Teacher greeting you by saying 'Welcome all the Master Chefs'
She indeed was a great Chef.
All the dishes she taught were cooked in authentic Thai style which was great.
    Enjoyed the Thai kick boxing.
    Overall loved the video
Keep going and posting great content❤❤

how would you compare experience of pestle and mortar vs blending the spices? I don't even own a pestle / mortar.

If you get a chance to use pestle and mortar for grinding spices vs blending spices in a Blender, you would realize the taste difference. I have used both and I fell in love with pestle and mortar👍
It is the same as machine made vs. hand-made, hence you feel the drastic taste difference😊😊
