Not sure about the promotion wala part but I have the s9 pro+ model since 1 yr. in my case the corner was not a problem. the brushes are long enough to sweep the corner of room. i would say it depends, i don't trust maids and hate cleaning myself. it suits me since while buying convenience was my only concern. peace ✌
