I agree, for 10 or 20m AED (V55 or V75). You want your house in a villa or townhouse community without flats... You should make a video on Palm jebel Ali and Emaar oasis...
Hi love your videos, qq : when you say unit selection , does it mean the units which are at good location ( near amenities etc ) or if we are able to capture a unit at early stage with good price , because both of them are difficult to be in one transaction. Low priced units although are very difficult to get (likely bulk buyers get lucky) but they are also of the smallest size
For an investor who is looking to exit before handover i suggest go for the best unit near amenities. You will have lesser units competing with you. If you can plan for a single row unit then even better. If pricing is a priority then putting a 24% early will pretty much guarantee you a decent unit of choice. However don’t expect anything below 2.6Million. If you are an end user then everything depends upon your budget and requirement.
Hi can you do a video on emaar address brand. Particularly Their last 3 residential launches, creek harbour, Dubai hills and MARJAN island were all on the higher price end per sq foot. Are they good to invest in to flip or hold for long term? They seem to launch ‘address’ products at the very last stages of the community being complete
