It definitely is. I've seen a bunch of Gokus, Tojis and Luffys online but this is the first Geto.

like when hwa is doing RFF 2,4 strings to mix? kinda not. you can jab out but you risk getting clipped, you can probably punish right flamingo mix better im sure
I believe nina is the only female character who can beat hoarang aside from xioayu's confusing side step.
Why do "pro" rarely use Rage arts ? Too likely to be blocked or countered ?
It's enough for a 15 frame punish, meaning you get a full launch, it's just not safe or smart to throw out against good players in most instances.
Yolo rage arts work against impatient people, and at this level, patience and defense is the name of the game.
