A little tape (preferably Kapton) covering most of the contacts will allow much larger solder beads on the end without flowing solder onto the contact area.
Fun Fact : In 1984 in Germany the Game River Raid ( seen in the Beginning of this Video ) , was on a Index of Forbidden and not (allowed by law) Games, because the Lawmakers of that time came to the conclusion, this game would bring children to a paramilitary mindset. No Joke ! Long time later, in 2003 , the Game was removed from this list by an appeal from Activision.
Major fail on the part of Atari for not providing an inverted A12 for a cartridge select. I suppose that meant they had to put an extra inverter chip in every cartridge.
Probably(never had an n64). As long there is about 2.5mm distance between centers of each contact plate and you don't regret ruining that cartridge, you should be good to go.
This is really cool! Very resourceful. Great work! Another option would be to purchase a Harmony cart (for $40-$50 USD) and put all the ROMs on that.

At least it was possible to enjoy the system and other games.
Nice guide to craft your own cartridge! Making hands busy indeed.
Thanks!
Atariage!
Could I use broken 2600 cartridge instead of Famiclone because I like my Famiclone games lol 😂
Definetly!

Are these compatible with the 2600+?
In theory they should be, but I haven't tested since I don't own a 2600+
Sako langva...😅 Bet jau mano smegenys suprato tik fone grojančią muziką...
