Going into this series I would have said that the Avs were a better matchup for us stylistically compared to the Stars. That was based on the regular season. Once again, it just shows how the regular season just doesn't matter, and top end teams know how to deal with the regular season, while not over doing themselves and saving it for the playoffs where they have another gear. The Avs definitely have another gear.

as an avs fan we had this last season. avs won like 16 out of last 19 to win division went to play off totally beat up then nickuskin had his troubles with some whore on the hotel room and left the team and at that point we basically had zero depth and lost first round lol they used similar approach like in 2022 this year. Just didn't give a shit about like last 7-8 games of regular season since they clinched. home ice advantage doesn't mean that much unless it's game 7. dallas and vegas can talk about that. next game is lunch time game avs are terrible at early starts so I think that's the one helly can absolutely steal (I hope he doesn't lol)
