I never liked this game's rendition of Yuzurenai Negai but *this* song specifically really stuck with me even after I beat the game. It's just so damn good! This is a great cover and I swear to god any song sounds awesome with the VRC7
Hoo, this is cool! I'm composing an arrangement on Magic Knight Rayearth on Famitraker as well. This was the first anime I watched, and honestly, a great series in general.
@@okcpu I missed it when video game music composition consists of melodies that tells a story or describes what is happening. These days and random noises qualifies as music. What a sad state of affair.
Nice! I've only ever heard Floating Gardens of Earia (from an old Famicompo cover entry funnily enough) but yea this battle theme slaps, great cover :D
never played the game. don't even own a super nintendo, but *damn* this slaps edit: played with emulation, tbh its a fun game to boot up when you’re bored but there’s better out there. the random encounter rate can go jump off the mountain of no return though
It's great if you're learning Japanese, also someone made an "improvement" patch with an English translation, to tweak the numbers for higher difficulty and such. Might be worth checking out.
Two decades have passed. I never forgot this song.
Remains a banger. I was always floored by how good the song was for how simple the game played.
Really fantastic. I haven't played this game is decades, but I never forgot this song.

Omg!! I am so happy I found this cover. It’s just the best rendition ever. This boss theme slaps hard!

Why don't games create meaningful melodies like these anymore?
Some games still do, while others traded melodic elements for texture and ambience; Different means for different goals.
