Could you possibly tell me what variety of Mulberry I have it has the velvety leaf with the multiple leaf shapes? It seems very invasive to me. It shoots everywhere. I’m constantly pulling up trees trying to grow. I have a male and a female, but I don’t know if I have a red or white mulberryleaves are large trunk. Seems very irregular somewhat smooth.
Could you please cite your source, concerning silkworms not finding the native Mulberry as "enticing" as the white? I have raised silkworms for many years and have raised them on red, black, white, Pakistani and other leaves interchangeably and have noticed no such preference. Nor have I noticed a difference in how they mature. I have books dating back as far as 1809 on the subject and did not see this mentioned or expressed. I would love to research further why such a claim would be made and how it could potentially help my own silkworm production.
I have a mulberry black and white tree every year I'm collecting the fruits but a lot of the fruits fell under the tree for many years I plant this tree since thirty year and its in good condition can you advise me about this problem Thank you
I have black mulberry, 3 to 4 years old, this year starting to give me 3 little fruits. Is it true that every branches you only have 5 leaves, the rest you have to prune? What should I do to have full big fruits?❤ I am in Austin,tx
