This band presents itself as Tiago's debut as leader and composer of the same group.
With the purpose of playing only compositions of his own, Tiago began this process of singular reflection looking for what he considers to be his most authentics traits as a musician.
As a composer, his influences aren't limited to jazz, what takes his music to present a strong expressive component, expressed in the melodic and harmonic gestures of his compositions, and also a contagious rhythmic component, as a reflection of the energy of a young man of his age (and the equally young band accompanying Tiago).
In this journey searching for a compositional voice, Tiago counts on the precious collaboration of João Paulo Silva on alto saxophone, Miguel Meirinhos on piano, Filipe Louro on double bass and Miguel Sampaio on drums, leading a band where friendship, humility, virtuosity and common sense cohabit.
