Sir when we deploy the project in it , it generates a link where we can view our project. I have uploaded a dynamic web project but index file is inside src/main/webapp/index.jsp. So when I click the deployed link . It is saying file not found so how to do it sir please do a video on it

Ok you must be using branch before pushing your code just switch to master and do a git pull after you merge your changes in git remote.
