I have been following OMD since 8 months and lost 18kgs. Feeling very fit & confident. It is very easy to follow if you can manage in the first week then your body gets used to one meal and you dnt feel hungry. Good thing about one meal is that you can eat as much as you can and can still lose weight n be fit.

Not true that animals don't get sick or their weight doesn't change or that they don't get sick, but animals do have a great discipline to only eat when they are hungry. Dogs and pigs do overeat by the way. One meal a day is part of intermittent fasting lifestyle, among several other Intermittent fasting lifestyle plans out there. Several health coaches made IF very famous across US and Europe. There are several TH-cam videos and FB groups with lakhs of members. Great thing to do if you can achieve that - one meal a day. You can achieve great things. Less disease, less stress, good sleep, great energy. Kudos to Puri Jagannadh. Good Luck!
