Asalam Alaikum & hello,
I am Malaika, welcome to our TH-cam channel Cook with Malaika.
INGREDIENTS
2 baby chickens, 1200g
1 cup cooking oil
3 cinnamon sticks
2 big brown cardamoms
2 medium, chopped onions
3 tbs ginger & garlic paste
1 tbs corriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbs yogurt
2-3 chopped tomatoes
4-5 potatoes, as required
Half a bunch of chopped coriander
1/2 tsp mixed garam masala powder
3-4 cup water or depending on your prefrence of curry sauce

I have lots of questions pata nai jab bhe mai masala banate hu bhunte hu total 10mint mai masala jalne wala ho jata hai r ap jase khane ka color khabe bhe nai ata mujy pata hai mai acha qurma nai banate but ghar wale us pay bhe kush i really want to improve my cooking tell me koe tips masal kase banau r kia har khane ki bhunaeee ka time 20mints hota hai kia khare rah k itne dair bhanae karan wo bhe kry but color he change nai hota red color nai ata pata ni mari galti hai kiaaaaa
