    I could get past 4 pullups for the longest time, added single arm, elbow and armpit hangs, then worked on rings for a different grip positions. Although I don't look to be a pull up queen, more variety got me to pull over mounts, and straight arm straddle ups, meathooks and toe V-ups.

    Hello!! I am happy to realise that all these exercises have so many benefits 😃!!
    I have a question, how many times a week would it be good to practice these exercises , so as not to strain our body too much?

      @@Sofi-r1m8u Thank you! That's a hard question to answer because it depends on what your goals are and how intense your workouts are.
      I'll tell you what works for me. If I want to learn a new pull up variation, or get better at one, I practice it 2-3 times a week (with a rest day or two in between workouts)
      That allows me to train it safely without straining the body too much. Hope that helps
