If they build him correctly and if its a title shot, Bo vs. Khamzat is going to be one of the best fights of this generation
I doubt it. Bo's striking is not even close to the level of Chimaev's.

Can't wait to see someone press him a little, to where he is forced to go to his wrestling. I don't think the UFC is ready for that moment. Can't imagine anyone being able to get up if he takes top position. Then we could see his ground and pound. I'm sure it's vicious. So much still to see from Bo's game. I do believe he is a future great though. And as for Bo vs. Chimaev, take my money now. Both are extremely skilled and both are extremely violent. The wrestling and grappling would be insane.

Technically cejudo’s gold medal in freestyle at Olympics is the highest accolade you can get. But in the USA the ncaa is more popular then Olympics 3x ncaa champ folkstyle wrestling is amazing. I pray BO stays in the wrestling room, keeps practicing with penn states best. So BO dosent lose his skills when he needs them the most in the coming years

This guy is remarkably mature for a 27 year old man. He obviously has great parents and I'm sure they're very proud of him. He has his priorities straight as well...he'll make a great husband and father for sure! Cheers!!!

@@K1Kamikaze I was really impressed by his post fight octagon speech about the importance of being a good father and husband...even more important than being a UFC Champion. He had a captive audience of mostly men watching that speech and married men need to hear that kind of thing much more often. I'm sure it made a difference to some men watching.

Since catching Bo on the contender series, dudes game has leveled up ALOT, just wait till he’s gettin up in the middleweight division and he starts fighting these guys up in the ranks , dudes the truth and got something special at ATT, when this dudes on a card I’m ALL IN!

Huge cuts to fight smaller guys who are primarily strikers. He almost got knocked out by Burns. 🤣Burn moved up from 155. Khamzat is a 185er cutting to 170.

This dude got ascended master-level balance between realizing his own value and being humble about it at the same time. Just the way he said hes not into wrestling while naturally being respectful about it was nice.
Love Bo, ran into a couple years about at a wrestling camp. Super respectful and nice guy.
“How do you remember all that?” ….well I’ve always been a mad intelligent beast with a photographic memory to perfectly recall every second of every fight I’ve ever had. …OR it could be the entire fight lasted all but 38 seconds and I must have seen the fight footage and highlight reels about 500 times now from 7 different camera angles prior to this interview.
man i feel for val he came by himself to vegas had to cut 22 pounds in 3 days his coach and corner couldn't make it in time to vegas so chris curtis step up to be his corner in the last minute if it weren't for chris curtis Val wouldn't have had a corner

If BO stays in the wrestling room at penn state, constantly attending their practices. Wrestling all the time with their best, his talent won’t fade. A lot of elite wrestlers who join ufc, slowly lose their ability to do it, cuz they aren’t wrestling with other elites like they use too.

Many fruits and vegetables that are young and aren't ripe and ready, will be green. Or new growth on a tree being more green. Similar meaning in calling a person green in a certain thing.

I think now, after seeing the fight with Val, that Bo is possibly the real deal. Val Woodbridge is slightly unknown, but he is a beast. For Bo to have handled him, is not a fluke. Now we can start taking him seriously. I want the Kumsplat fight to happen now, because it's possible Bo derails the hype-train.
He looks like he can improve on his weight training. Khazmat might overpower him

@brettreed7847 As well you should! We in Western Colorado don't get many sports heroes. We have to take them where we get them. (I don't live there now, my father and the land we have had for four generations are still there, it's too expensive for a poor guy like me!). Still, it always makes me think of home.

Tresean has pulled out of more fights than he has competed in... The UFC definitely doesn't trust him with another match against Bo.
Beating Costa or Vettori, next year at least , doesn't warrant a title shot. Those 2 dudes are falling.
No way he's gunna fight Tresean, he's past that now.
And there's no chance in hell that he doesn't end up fighting Kumshot before a title shot. That will be the contenders match.

I hope Khamzat´s also keeps evolving and not gets stuck in his ways, grinding the same stuff with medium caliber training partners. I know he´s serious about excelling his BJJ, but I havent seen much progress in his boxing and kicking. His wrestling is insane, of course, but I hope he trains with elite wrestlers too, not just MMA fighters. I know Khamzats a good dude too. Just hoping that hes not getting complacent now when hes reached his initial goals of getting his family financial security. Could be the case, even though he wouldnt admit it himself. Just enough satisfaction so that inner desperate fire has lowered just a bit to make him lose that "Wolf".
We havent seen much of any training footage at all for a long time. Or much of anything from him. Maybe he is training super like a madman. Maybe we suddenly get a scheduled fight and get to see a hungry middleweight wolf that leaves all doubts aside.

Ariel is so out of touch if he thinks that was good striking. Bo's face was forward and his hands were down at his waist when he was striking. Any good kicker in the UFC would have head kicked Bo into another universe if he had his face lunged forward and his hands down at his waist

It’s hard to see this guy losing but he needs a top 15 opponent soon. Even a Sean Strickland or a Chris Curtis or Derek Brunson or Jack Hermanson. Literally anyone. Chris Curtis would be prob the best fit for next fight. He needs a little challenge but no khamzat or izzy yet
