I'm just gonna talk about the Headsculpt. I think it's a big improvement over the Dx11, but there's still something off with what's better. I think the hairline isn't the right shape, but the rooted in general seems really good. I hope they'll do something more like this than their prototype for the classic purple-suited Joker, because here this looks better. The paint is better too, but still off. Not enough skin is poking through on the forehead and in the "wrinkles marks" around the eyes, making the paint quite unrealistic and inaccurate. The messy look of the make up, especially the black make up, isn't messy enough. It's too clean, too artificial. The expression is better than this weird smile that isn't Heath's smile at all, the scar on his left is better too... But the other one, on his right (so, on our left) is still completely off. It doesn't really look like something carved into the cheek, but more like two edges glued over it. There's not enough scarring mark on the bottom of it, and it doesn't look "scar-like" to me. Weirdly enough, the likeness is far better than the previous one they've made, but it's still not Heath Ledger to me. We're close of it being really good/great at this level, but not there. I think we're around 70% accurate likeness wise. It's a great headsculpt of the Joker from The Dark Knight, but not that much of a great headsculpt of the Joker played by Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. If their classic version is at this level, I think people are going to be really happy and that's what matters. To me it's ranked at the second place behind InArt's version (so for people who can't/don't want to have this one or any reason, it's great), but far higher than Dx11 and JND's versions
I'm not trying to be rude, but I have 2 copies of the inart, and this sculpt blows that one away. Talking about one that doesn't look like heath 😂😂 that one lost like 80 percent from the prototype. I still have them on the shelf, but I'm just saying. As for the makeup , this is really something that doesn't exist, and is basically, a kit bash like the imposter joker with leto. So, of course, the makeup is gonna be different and not true to the film. Cause we didn't see this in the film. But I only have 9 joker, 3 customs, and 2 artisans on the way, so just my opinion 😂

It's a fake argument to try to excuse Hot Toys. It's just that their paintjob doesn't make sense at a realistic level and at how the Joker looked in general in the movie (it doesn't need to be the exact replica of his make-up in one specific scene, but it must be logical) And are you really doing a competition of "whose d*ck is bigger" at the end of your comment ? Wtf they just announced this, and I just preordered it yesterday 😂😂😂. I'm bummed you're getting less accessories, an old base, the same DX 19 body and no tongue, no usb light up base for only $90 less then the other one I got coming. I know we don't make the prices but it just still bothers me. If anything, I feel this should have been a straight 400 usd or a lot cheaper than the other one, but I have both coming cause I'm a huge ledger fan . But this looks f great. How'd you get it so early?( are they the same scuplts just different paint ? Like for both artisan
Just got this from ACGHK 2024. There are limited 100pcs stock selling in the event. I’ve queued up for 5 hrs to get it😂 I’m quite sure the sculpt will be the same. Maybe paint app will be slightly different though.

True. This product is aimed at a very small group of customers. And I mainly bought it to see the first finished product of the Hot Toys Artisan Edition in-hands. I probably might sell it after the release of normal purple suit one.

The base is a joke by itself, DX19 reuse with no light and with an sticker with the figure name, it seems HT had plenty of this in the warehouse
