I just get a laugh from Monk’s “Why is this thing moving? Is it broken?”😂 He’s just blissfully unaware of the danger they’re in for a moment before panic sets in.😅

That’s not how truck brakes work, they have compressed air holding the brakes open, if you lose brake pressure the brakes close up and you can’t move the truck
First of all if Ben glazer borrowed his truck to go see Kenneth woods at his ranch Ben glazer would not have gotten there the same day he would run out of fuel before he got to Kenneth’s ranch or the dumping site
Well the ranch house was at 15142 sierra highway Santa Clarita California. And the start of the episode does not show what routes mr glazer drove to get there but I’m assuming that Kenneth’s ranch was a good distance from tiger bay trucking
@@captaindreadeye6264 well the ranch was at 15142 sierra highway Santa Clarita California so there’s no way that Ben glazers trucking company was that close to Kenneth woods ranch . Which means that if Ben glazer drove out to see Keneth woods . Mr glazer would have had to drive on the highway in commuter traffic
@@captaindreadeye6264 I don’t believe that Ben glazer could have driven to Kenneth woods ranch at 15142 sierra highway Santa Clarita California and gotten there the same day
The guy did kill him. The tie dude was able to get his feet up on the truck’s wheel to prevent the tie from further strangling him. But the murderer pulled his leg making him lose his balance on the wheel, thus killing him. Plus, even if he didn’t, the murderer also went out of his way to dump the corpse in another place, instead of reporting the “accidental” death.
@@pikapika4355 Ben didn’t get Kenneth’s tie stuck in there but Ben still killed him because he tricked Kenneth into opening the hood . So yes Kenneth caught the tie on his own but Ben still tricked him so it’s still murder
@@pikapika4355 also if Ben had just reported the death the next day Kenneth’s death might have been ruled a accident at at worst evidence of Ben glazers fraud would have been found but that would have been it . 6:12 It’s kinda heart-warming to see that Adrian got that hand gesture from his dad.
That was a nice touch to include.
IT IS. I WONDER IF MR GLAZER WAS EVER ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY
Best father and son moment
"Oh, we just passed it, you have to turn around, turn around" lmao

"It's okay I'm a trucker"
Monk and his father, amazing
So this is the legendary dad who walked out on them
Abandoning his two sons.. i still don't like that character nowadays.

Lol the line at 2:34:) he lives in the basement smoking pot all day
Fun Fact: They were originally going to have Colombo’s actor play Jack Sr but he was too expensive
Fun fact, Dan Hedaya who plays Jack is only 12 years older than Tony Shalhoub in real life.
Can you imagine Monk in today's San Francisco, trying to avoid the excrement on the streets?

Funny thing. Trucks have air brakes not hydraulic brakes. Not sure why the scene showed hydraulic lines coming apart.
Mr. Monk solves it again.
That's not how it works.
No engine power, all brakes!
Works on air positive.
This was a nice case!
🎉
This guy's plan was so unnecessarily elaborate.

Doesn’t Jack Monk’s rant about Jack Jr. seem familiar to Stottlemeyer’s rant about Babbage in “Sleeping Suspect”
Great episode of Monk
