Now THIS is the kind of reaction we all wanted haha You're the man, new sub. Lets bang out this new album when it drops! Also, WORSHIP! (I see your shirt!)
Been my favourite band since around 2008/9 stopped listening to deathcore and metal around 2015 and listened to their newer stuff about a year ago, incredible progression as a band but i think since new era i've not got that lust that i did for their old stuff this is really it for me, i'm so happy to hear them go back to this era and damn phil's highs have gotten so good and his range of lows really bring me back to his rendition of unanswered during mitch luker's memorial gig
I wholeheartedly agree with you about Kin. To me, Kin is easily in my top 5 favourite albums of all time (a position shared with Dream Theater's Octavarium, for perspective). BUT THIS FUCKING SONG! It's as if Phil accepted the challenge that nobody even challenged him to, and went out of his way to show all the Alex Terribles and Will Ramoses and Ben Duerrs how it's done.
@@LochAndLoad95 Gotta remember, usually when a band says they're going back to their heavy roots it ends up being not true but Whitechapel did exactly that
Ha ha. Top reaction. Phil's one take video of this is so raw and absolutely bloody brutal. HE IS THE GOAT. And the way they all play off of each other is so intricate. So happy I saw them finally with TAIM in London.
Kin and The Valley are still in my top 5 deathcore albums as a whole, BUT... THIS song. Whitechapel are the ONLY band at least in recent memory that has promised us "We're going back to our roots but it's gonna be FAR more brutal than ever before" AND ACTUALLY FELL THROUGH WITH IT... Just on principle alone, this is the best comeback of all time...
Dude I genuinely believe if we lived in the same country, we would be the best of friends lol. I have been saying this for a few years now. Phil and CJ are the two best deathcore vocalist period. Will and Alex are great. I'm not taking anything away from them, but Phil and cj are on a whole other planet. But this song gave me goosebumps. I am 31 now, and whitechapel have been my favorite band since I was 15/16. This release made me so freaking happy. But I love the reaction video my dude. Keep it up!
To me, Alex is great but Will has demonstrated without even trying that he’s a generational talent. Dude stacks techniques in a way nobody else does. Now, I’ll say it upsets me that nobody gives Kyle Anderson his flowers.
I've been going to Whitechapel shows since I was 14 all the way back in 2013 I've seen them 6 times and I'm seeing them next month I've seen their whole first 2 albums live and I can say without any doubt....this might be the best they've sounded ever
Glad to see you came around to Kin. I feel like I remember you not being a fan of it last I heard so hell yeah! This song absolutely murdered me on first listen. The moment I heard Phil say CONSUME my brain just turned off. I couldnt stop laughing at the song and the shock I had by the end of it, such a fucking banger!
Absolutely awesome song, Whitechapel have already been my fav but now they took it up a notch, like the only few deathcore bands that I can say kind of sound this heavy are the underground extremely heavy and unusual bands like Nitheful and Larcenia Roe. I'd say that this song is heavier than Immortal Disfigurement's stuff.
Hey Dude! Any chance you’re going to the Veil of Maya show in southampton later this month? Feel like i’ve seen you at the venue before but never had the confidence to ask, if you aren’t it’d definitely be a good one to see imo especially with signs of the swarm and to the grave supporting. Either way love the videos keep it up!
@@TheMouthOfTheSouth was a blast seeing SOTS with cattle decapitation there a few months back, but tbf I take any local shows that i recognise. If I see you about I’ll definitely say hi :)
Phild just said " hold my beer....I'm the goat"

Phil said this is the least heavy of the new album. Let's goooooo
which makes me wet af cuz this was slamming
That's the best news I've heard all day
Bands say that a lot and usually it ends but being not true but I could definitely see it being true for Whitechapel

You forgot about Scott Lewis and Adam Warren
Dave Simmonich > all
There is one king and his name is Ben Duerr.
@@mikhaylovhumanBen is amazing but there are definitely others in his class.

Your reaction to his highs at he beginning of the track was so funny man. I had the same reaction🤣"That's Phil?"
Kin is there best album imo best songwriting they have ever done and best production they have ever had every song feels full and completed
3:36 as soon as i heard this i literally said oh were gonna perish
I’ve been listening to Whitechapel since somatic defilement. Needless to say I am very happy to hear Whitechapel is back again.
Vicer Exciser is probably my favorite song and heaviest song by Whitechapel. That song hits.

супер мощный вокал песня супер 👍🤘
I saw them live yesterday with lorna shore and kublai khan and this song is absolutely gnarly live 😮💨

1 word, GOAT
The fucking GOAT
you checked out new disembodied tyrant?
I have this song and both DT EPs on a playlist right now lol
You should listen to Whitechapel's first album from 2008. Phil's always been a beast
I literally say in the video tbat that album is one of my favourites

My exact reaction, that shit is FILTYH
Sorry to break the "69" likes, I'm the 70th 😂
