but the lore is:
- Slim survival sans is one of the many alternate versions of the well known Undertale sans.
- He is fed up with the human killing everyone in the underground.. including his brother.
- His brother had a plan to overpower the human, although Sans was already aware of this plan...
- He decided to put an end to this nightmare himself by confronting Papyrus..
- Despite Papyrus trying to kill him, Sans has managed to snap him out of it for now, helping Undyne to evacuate everyone in the underground including Papyrus.
- Undyne tried her best to evacuate Sans aswell, but he didn't listen, running off to collect certaint items to give him a higher advantage.
- And it all has led up to this.
Okay, I'm gonna call it right now. Obviously Insanity doesn't die in Former time trio, but Tears does in chaotic. maybe Insanity gains karma in the second phase (Through determination?) and becomes TITRInsanityKAB? oh yeah, banger music too obviously.

If phase 2 ever comes out here are my theories on how it would come phase 2:
1:Insanity dies, x sans replaces him (maybe killer or horror) and Lb x Cotv sans activates his Dt extractor and gaster appears
2:Insanity takes the hit, but he has more hp still, so he goes more serious or, while everyone gets tired, and then at the end, Lb x cotv sans takes the hit
It’s probably gonna be his take on former time quartet and that will be the replacement
