Polyp is isoechoic arising from the (walls of the uterus) while fibroids can be hyper - hypo - iso echoic ( mostly hypo ) . and only in sumucosal pedunculated or subserosal pedunculated fibroids that’s there’s an attachment( stalk ) to the wall .
