The velvet pumpkins are always my favorite. And every year, I am a sucker for the poured fall candles. I just love the merlots and pumpkins and ambers and golden jars. The glow of the fall colors is magic to me. I get gorgeous cast iron knobs there also and glue them to the tops of some of the ones with lids. Adds a decorator touch, especially for your coffee table tray.
Karen, thank you SO much for sharing the beautiful Fall items at Hobby Lobby!! I am SO looking forward to the Fall season this year. 🍂🍁❤ I am aiming for aqua, brown, & orange hues this year.
Just wonderful...I am so glad you provided inspiration for the fall season....I'm so ready...I went back to Hobby Lobby and purchased two more new items you featured in this video...thank you!
Wow!! You are really good at taking us along showing the fall decor. My favorite video for seeing what’s out there. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on all of it. You always amaze me!!
Loved the video Karen! Of course I enjoy all of yours so thank you! Now I am ready to change my Seasonal Tree from Summer to Fall! Can't wait for UGA College football! Go Dawgs!!! ❤ I have friends in Ohio so I will pull for yours Buckeyes! ❤
Hello, I am the oldest of 10 children and my mother was a fanatic about our home. We learned from infancy the word no. I did the same thing when I had my daughter. I never put anything away. And I decorated to the hilt for every season. Of course I watched her like a hawk when she was starting to crawl and reach for things but she quickly learned the word no. Now she is a mother of four children with a beautiful home and she decorates for every season. And her children learn the word no very early on. So my best advice is just keep saying no. Barb from Jersey
🍂 🍁ooo I’m loving the tan and off white pumpkins with some greenery. I have been slowly getting away from the Buffalo check. It’s so hard bc I just love black and white accents. This is gonna be the year tho! Haha thank you for this sneak peek of fall! 🤎🤍🧡
I live in Michigan and boy am I wanting fall to get here so badly. I have a hobby lobby near me so I do hope that they have what you are showing. I used to live in Ohio myself ( in Hamilton) as a small child . Have a great day Karen. Wish Lauren was still on with you . Debbie in Michigan.
Hi Karen, I love your videos when I decorate for the fall I like to use all the traditional colors like Browns and gold, russet, oranges and a little bit of olive. Mixed with some natural twigs.
Loving the Fall ideas! Plus, it's helping remind me that fall will be here before we know it. Its 112 here in Northern California today. We are melting...
I can't wait for FALL!!!🍂🍁It can't come soon enough!!! Thank you Karen, for taking us on a HL tour!! It's so hot here in Vegas 115 today...eeeekkkk Looking forward to the cool Fall weather!
After going through this horrible hurricane in Houston, I honestly can say that I could skip to late October right now. It is so sad to be outside and see the destruction so I am ready to fast forward. Please pray for Houston, so many people need all the prayers they can get. You've showed us some beautiful things and once we resume normal life I'm going to my closest HL to see what I can pick up. Hugs!!!!
Hi Karen!! So many pretty fall items - every time I see Hobbylobby art, I am inspired to paint my own. I think I might try to paint that barn with pumpkins - so cute. So many pretty varieties of pumpkins ! I'm so excited for cozy fall days ❤ thanks for sharing.
Good morning, Fall is a wonderful season. I cannot wait to shop at Hobby Lobby. Thank you for taking the time to show us all the great decorating pieces from Hobby Lobby.
Thanks, Karen, for the tour love of Hobby Lobby, didn't know they had the fall thing's out already this is a very good tour it stuffs I congregate to Thanks for the tour loved it
Karen, I do have a question for you, maybe others can chime in. I love to decorate for the seasons. I have a one year old grandson who is quickly becoming very mobile and into everything. You have so many grandchildren and your house is exquisite. How do you keep them from getting into the decorations and pretty “objects “ without hurting their feelings or always saying no?
I can relate!! My granddaughters had my decor in shambles!! They are now 6 & 3 so wish me luck this year...lol Christmas was even worse! I had to stop putting up my tree for about 2 yrs. The parents need to teach them respect to others property 🙂
This is a great question! I will share with you what I did with my children which worked wonderfully and now they are doing the same with our grandbabies and it really seems to be working! The best thing to do is to teach them from the get-go that you just don't touch certain things. I always use the word "hot" and say it's hot, don't touch. For some reason it finally resonated with them that it is something they just do not touch. Now if it is something sharp or that potentially could hurt them and they are here visiting, then I will simply move it. But I can say, they have learned to just not touch things. I was never that type of parent that moved everything. I simply just said "it's hot...don't touch"! I hope this helps! xo
@@EnhanceTheSeasonswithKaren Thank you Karen. I never had a problem with my 3 boys, cause I taught them not to touch other people's belongings. My daughter n law made the point of saying, "she wants her children to express their selves!" Eeeekkk 😏
Oh Karen, sooooo not ready to think Fall. Summer has just begun. I also know if you don't grab up things as they come out - they won't be there the next time. I will be using the same old - maybe add a new piece or two. Take care ❤
I love HL fall items, however I am downsizing to about half this year of decor, I have wayyyyy too much, and am not buying anymore holiday items. I am using mostly my Pier 1 glass pumpkins to decorate with. However I am using all my summer decor now putting sunflowers and greenery in my crystal vases. It's triple digit weather here but it stays super hot until the beginning of November. I know it's still extremely hot here in September. I would love to get those super big pumpkins that are $150 at the 90 off sale for my porch. One of my fav items I have are the ornamental faux cabbages you can buy there. they are 22 bucks each but I bought them 40 off. I stick them in a pot of dirt and they look gorgeous beside my pumpkins on the porch for fall. 2 colors that look so beautiful together for fall are navy and mustard!! gorgeous!! Thanks for the store tour! good day!!
Oh my goodness Karen, I’m so happy you did this fall video at hobby lobby !! I love fall it is my absolute favorite time of the year, I got online and the big purplish color hydrangea is out of stock already ugh….. hopefully they get more there beautiful. I hope you have a wonderful week with many many many blessing days ahead 🍃🍁🍂🌻
I can’t wait to see what you purchased! I really am liking the framed farmhouse! Everything is lovely!! I have no idea how I’ll decorate this year. Sometimes I just feel so overwhelmed with all the varieties of decorations to choose from 🤯
Always fun to tour HL for the seasons. I'm with you and love the mushroom theme. I have many styles of them and love to incorporate them everywhere in my fall decorating.
I just looked at your boutique. I saw many things I wanted, but when I got ready to order them it said it could not deliver to the address. It’s the same address that I ordered the pocketbook from. 🤷🏻♀️ what is going on? I have no other address.
Karen loved this field trip to Hobby Lobby! Just as a side note, Sherpa is a person from Nepal who carry hikers gear etc. It is a very important job as the Sherpas are experts in knowledge of the mountains that are trekked my many people. The name of the fabric on the pumpkins is boucle. Pronounced boo clay. It is a popular fabric especially in the furniture world. It is known for its soft texture and durability. Hopefully no one will come at me for this comment but I wanted to share this teachable moment. You are a delight and I love your enthusiasm for ALL the seasons! 🍁☀️❄️🌹 but I felt it was a teachable
