- In this video I will show you how to write a birth plan, using the NHS Birth Plan as a guide. I am currently planning birth #3, so thought this would be the perfect time to share my wisdom and highlight some really important things to think about- especially for first time mums!

This channel has so much information. Ashamed to admit I had no idea there was a plan - I always just thought it’s as it is in tv - you rock up at the hospital when your waters break totally unprepared and unannounced! Feel way more prepared should this ever come my way.
Tv portrays it so wrong. And that’s what makes so many women so fearful about birth as well. Because of what we’ve been shown on tv. Thanks so much for watching as always! If you ever need all this info one day you’ll be an expert by the time comes after watching all these videos 😂

Thank you again for calling attention for how to prepare for giving birth. It it can be quite overwhelming for first time mum's. However as you say you just need to research and have an informed decision about what you would like. It is essention to be be aware that your birth plan A may not happen at all, because the baby decided otherwise and that is how motherhood is,(Welcome to the mamma's club) and you just need to adapt.
