Ingredients & instructions 👇
* Gound beef (80/20)
* Salt & pepper
* Paprika
* Onion powder
* Pickles
* Cheddar cheese
* Brioche buns
* Jalapeño peppers
* Peanut butter (optional)
* Potato’s
* Fry oil
Fry sauce:
* Mayonaise
* Ketchup
* Mustard
* Chopped Pickle
* Pickle juice
* Paprika
* Onion powder
- Shape the ground beef into 4-ounce portions.
- Mix together the ingredients for the burger sauce
- Place the beef portions in a hot pan
- Season them with salt and pepper
- Cook for two minutes, then scrape and flip the patties.
- Add cheese and toast the buns
- When the cheese has melted assemble the burgers with pickles, peppers, and sauce.
- Plate with fries and enjoy!
