That's crazy theres that many people just out in the woods. But thats Houghton Lake for ya.
And it was Labor Day Weekend! Thanks For watching, and the Comment! Believe it or not, I rode this same trail the next day with my Wife, she could not make it on this day.

@@MichiganQuadTrailsTales Lol yes. Im hoping to get up to ride the Alcona Trail by our cabin the in the next couple weeks if life ever allows it..
What are you using for GPS and does it work well? Any idea how long from Loeta lodge to Houghton Lake and back? Can it be done in one day?
I use my Cell Phone, and the Polaris RIDE COMMAND, it is FREE!

it works well enough that I haven't stepped up to anything better yet.
I Started Using it in 2018, and have used it ever ride since.
I Started at the Trailhead on Jonesville Rd., which is like a mile or two from the Lodge, and it was just over 2 Hours.
Right Around 29 Miles For Me, so yours will be a few miles more.
Done in one day..... for sure!!
Once at Houghton Lake , stopped and filled up tank, and found somewhere to eat.
The Place that I went to is Not Open anymore, so you will have to find somewhere nearby.

@@MichiganQuadTrailsTales thank you very much. We are on ATV’s, not sxs. It looked as though there were hundreds of miles of trails.
i stayed at Leota inn and woke up and went to my mom's in my jeep through the trails took a couple hours in the winter. you take it to Walmart to fuel up

Unless it is now a Walmart Gas Station now.
